The Maggie Valley Festival Grounds has a calendar with few open dates. I am very happy that the Smoky Mountain Elk Fest has returned to the Festival Grounds after a COVID break. It will be at the Festival Grounds on Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1.

In addition to elk related events, there will be live music and food and craft vendors. Kids will find fun in a variety of activities.

Tickets will be available for advance purchase at the Haywood County Visitor Center, 1110 Soco Rd, Maggie Valley or day-of at the gates of the Festival Grounds. Tickets cost $5 for adults. Children 12 and under are free.
